- Supporting children and young people with a variety of needs (emotional, behavioural, or learning).
- Promoting independence, positive routines, and personal development.
- Working collaboratively with residential and education teams.
- Providing consistent, compassionate care and maintaining safeguarding standards.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in care, education, or support work is ideal – but not essential.
- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to build positive relationships and handle challenging situations calmly.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Drivers are highly desirable due to the location of some placements.
