We are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide high-quality classroom support and lead lessons in the absence of a teacher. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned lessons and support learning across different subjects.
• Work with small groups or individual students to enhance progress.
• Support teachers in assessing and tracking student development.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Cover lessons in the teacher’s absence.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or relevant degree that allows you to work as a HLTA.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead lessons confidently.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
