Brynford CP School near Holywell are preparing for their upcoming “Celebration Day” which is taking place this October marking 50 years in their current school building. The event will welcome former members of staff and pupils to explore the history of the school and celebrate its success throughout the last 5 decades.
Excell were happy to help by providing a banner to promote the school’s event and Adam who recently moved into a nearby village will be going along to join in the celebrations. He said, “I’m looking forward to learning more about the history of the local area and glad we could contribute”.
Adam also introduced a local postman to the school who attended the school almost 50 years ago; he visited Brynford CP last week to share old photos, stories and anecdotes from his time there, something the children were very excited about!
The celebration day will be taking place on Saturday 18th October, 11 AM until 5 PM on school grounds.
