Behaviour for learning

This engaging training session is designed for school staff who want to strengthen classroom culture and support positive pupil outcomes.

Participants will explore the key principles behind effective behaviour management, including building strong relationships, setting clear expectations, and creating consistent routines that support all learners. The session also looks at how staff responses, language, and classroom environment can influence pupil engagement and motivation.

Through reflective discussion, and actionable strategies, staff will leave with a toolkit of approaches to promote positive behaviour, reduce disruption, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.
