Verbal & non-verbal communication

This session is designed to enhance the communication skills of school staff by focusing on both verbal and non-verbal techniques essential for fostering positive relationships with learners by developing tools to communicate more intentionally and create a supportive school environment.

The session supports staff in aligning their communication styles with their professional roles, helping to model respectful and clear interactions that benefit the entire school community.

Please note this training is being held face to face at Ysgol Tir Morfa, Rhyl.
