- First things first, locate your unique Worker Number on your payslip (it’s number 1 in our example).
- Next, find out how much sunshine you’ve saved up! Check the amount in your Holiday Pot (that’s number 2 on the example payslip).
- Feeling ready? Great! Just click the friendly button below. It’ll whisk you away to our super secure Microsoft Form.
- Pick your payment day! Just a heads-up: payments are processed for the FOLLOWING Friday. So, if you pop in your request on a Thursday, we’ll process it the next Monday, and your funds will arrive on the Friday of that week. Patience is a virtue! 😉
- Fancy splitting your holiday pay? No sweat! If you’ve got £800 in your pot and want to spread the joy over, say, 4 weeks of summer, simply tell us in the form (e.g., “£200 a week for 4 weeks” or “Split evenly over 4 weeks”).
- A quick tax chat: Your holiday pay is taxed when you receive it, as it hasn’t been taxed previously. If you request a larger sum, it might just nudge you into a different tax bracket for that payment. Just something to keep in mind!
