1:1 Supply Teaching Assistant – Colwyn Bay
We are currently recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Supply Teaching Assistant to work in schools within Colwyn Bay and the surrounding area.
This role involves providing individual support to pupils within the classroom, helping them to engage with learning and reach their full potential. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone patient, caring, and passionate about supporting children in education.
The Role
- Providing 1:1 support to pupils within the classroom
- Supporting learning and classroom activities
- Encouraging confidence, engagement, and positive behaviour
- Working closely with teachers and school staff
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
- A calm, positive, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
