Position: DT Teacher (Design and Technology)

Pay Rate: £166.32 – £190 per day

Are you a passionate and experienced Design and Technology Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of innovators? We have an exciting opportunity for a DT Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Llangollen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in Design and Technology, covering areas such as Product Design, Graphics, Resistant Materials, or Textiles.
• Engage and motivate students to develop their creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Plan and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring all students achieve their full potential.
• Maintain a safe and inspiring learning environment, particularly in practical workshop settings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative resources and schemes of work.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Specialization or experience in teaching Design and Technology.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for technical education.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
