Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
- Teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and possibly Key Stage 5.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for exams and coursework assessments.
- Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in English or a related subject.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their potential.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level is desirable but not essential.
