We are seeking an exceptional Head Teacher to lead our thriving SEMH Primary School, catering to 108 pupils with diverse and complex needs.

The Role:

As Head Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and support for all pupils. You will:

  • Lead on the strategic vision and direction of the school
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, well-being, and academic achievement
  • Manage and support staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Develop and implement individualised strategies for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support the wider school community
