Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Manage the classroom effectively to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve their best.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and follow school policies and procedures.
• Mark and assess students’ work where required, providing constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
