Supply Teaching Assistant – Abergele, Conwy
£14.24 per hour
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Abergele and the surrounding Conwy area.
This is a flexible opportunity ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within a classroom environment. Whether you are experienced in education or looking to gain further school-based experience, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Assist with classroom management and daily activities
- Encourage positive behaviour and student participation
- Provide support to children with additional learning needs where required
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel to schools in Mold and surrounding areas
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
