Key Responsibilities

• Inclusive Teaching: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the unique needs of SEND pupils.
• Individualized Support: Develop, implement, and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to ensure each pupil receives personalized guidance.
• Collaborative Practice: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and external specialists, to create a holistic educational experience.
• Progress Assessment: Monitor pupil progress, adapt teaching strategies, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent: Proven experience working with SEND pupils in a primary or secondary setting.
• Innovative and Adaptive: A passion for creative teaching and the ability to tailor lessons to diverse learning needs.
• Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative spirit.
