Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Assist students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
• Work with individuals or small groups of pupils who require extra support.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Adapt to different school settings and classroom needs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential).
• A flexible, positive, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt quickly to new environments and build rapport with students and staff.
