About the Role:
Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Anglesey. This flexible role is perfect for individuals who are looking to make a positive impact on students’ education and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons.
- Support students with their learning, both one-on-one and in small groups.
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN) or additional learning needs (ALN).
- Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
- Prepare resources and assist with classroom organization.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- A friendly, proactive, and patient approach to working with students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different school environments and work as part of a team.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not required.
