Are you a compassionate and dedicated Welsh Speaking ALN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking a committed individual to support students with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in a welcoming and supportive school in Pwllheli

Role Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with ALN.
Assist the teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Support students with emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
Help with classroom activities, adapting resources as needed.
Work closely with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student progress.

Requirements:

Fluent In the welsh language is essential

Experience working with ALN students (preferred but not essential).
A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to learning support.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A relevant qualification or willingness to undertake training.
DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
