Job Title: Welsh Speaking Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Salary: £100 – £120 per day
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Supply

We are seeking a Welsh speaking Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to provide high-quality classroom support and lead lessons in the absence of a teacher. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned lessons and support learning across different subjects.
• Work with small groups or individual students to enhance progress.
• Support teachers in assessing and tracking student development.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
• Cover lessons in the teacher’s absence.

Requirements:

• HLTA qualification or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant.
• Fluent in Welsh
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead lessons confidently.
• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
