Welsh Speaking Supply Teaching Assistant – Bangor
We are currently recruiting a Welsh speaking Supply Teaching Assistant to work in schools within and the surrounding area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent Welsh speaker who is passionate about supporting children in education and is looking for flexible work across local schools.
The Role
- Supporting teachers within the classroom, using both Welsh and English where required
- Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
- Assisting with classroom activities and behaviour management
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, bilingual learning environment
Requirements
- Fluency in Welsh and English
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
- A positive, adaptable, and patient attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
