Position: Welsh Teacher
Location: Bangor
Pay: £166.32 – £190 per day

About the Role
As a Welsh Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons to students, promoting the Welsh language and culture.
- Support students of varying abilities to achieve their academic potential.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Contribute to the school community by fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Welsh across the curriculum to Key Stage 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5 students.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Support and challenge students to achieve their best in the Welsh language.
- Engage in extracurricular activities and events to promote Welsh culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Fluency in the Welsh language (spoken and written).
- Experience teaching Welsh at secondary school level is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for promoting Welsh heritage and culture in education.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
