Every consultant at Excell joins on a defined framework with set milestones, and the option of funded qualifications, and a clear route to senior leadership. This isn’t a vague “there’s room to grow” promise โ it’s written down.
Trainee Account Manager
Your foundation. Learn the market, build your candidate and school base, and get your first national recruitment qualification โ fully funded by Excell.
Account Manager
Running your own desk. Building long-term school relationships. Stepping up to your REC Level 3 โ the industry-recognised mark of a professional recruiter.
Executive / Key Account Manager
Managing your most valuable school partnerships. Developing specialist expertise in your patch. A significant earnings uplift that reflects your value to the business.
Senior Account Manager
You’re now one of our most experienced operators. Mentoring new team members, driving strategy, and earning senior-level rewards. ILM Level 3 leadership training begins here.
Trainee Branch Manager
The leadership pathway. Start building and managing your own team with structured ILM leadership training and hands-on branch responsibility.
Branch Manager
