“Louisa really is everything you could ask for in a supply teaching assistant. She is passionate and committed to each role she is placed into and she goes above and beyond wherever possible. Louisa stood out for me due to her positive attitude, flexibility and reliability. She has completed a variety of different roles and consistently receives great feedback and is asked to return at each school she has worked in. Louisa has completed two long-term roles since starting with Excell Supply, she has also been reliable when being available for day-to-day supply, answering every phone call every morning! Louisa has had 100% attendance since starting with Excell last Academic year and really is an invaluable asset to my team of TA’s.
