Excell Supply gains over 2 decades more experience in one week!

Excell has hired a new fleet of team members ahead of September in anticipation for the busiest Academic year to date.

Nia, Emma, & Sean bring with them a plethora of experience in SEN, Primary and Secondary Schools as well as Lindsey who will fortify our Branch compliance team ahead of a record number of registrations!  Please join us in giving them a warm welcome, and learn a little more about our new Excell recruits below!

 

 

 

Nia Davies

My name is Nia Davies and I have recently started my new role at Excell as an Account Manager for Primary schools and private childcare sectors mainly across Wrexham however servicing a number of schools across Flintshire and Denbighshire also.

I have been an education recruiter for the past 10 years providing a first class service to primary schools and private childcare sectors across North Wales. I strive to provide a service that exceeds both the schools and educational staffs expectations.

 

 

 

 

Emma Roberts

I have 17 years recruitment experience, 10.5  years have been in education recruitment working with Secondary schools in North Wales and Chester/North Shropshire.  My history is based within Secondary candidates and I recruit for teachers of all specialisms; cover supervisors, teaching assistants and school support roles.  Priding myself on delivering an honest, consultative and speedy service to the schools that I work with and for candidates that I look after I am professional, approachable, friendly and can get very excitable at times! I am very happy to join a well-known and established team at Excell in their Mold office.  My aim is to continue working with the Secondary schools and helping them with any short or long term recruitment needs that they have.  I have an excellent reputation in the education sector in North Wales and have extensive knowledge and understanding of my sector over the last 10.5 years.  I am passionate about working with Secondary schools and I am excited to continue on my education recruitment career with Excell.

 

 

Lindsey Fennel

 

Lindsey has over eight years of experience working as a compliance officer for education recruitment across Wales and England.  As well as holding a Safeguarding Lead certificate, Lindsey has three children of her own going through the education system and has an added personal and professional interest in maintaining and promoting the most rigorous of safeguarding standards in line with the Gold Standard requirements outlined by the REC in Education.

Lindsey loves nothing more than standing on the side of a football pitch at the weekend, cheering on her sons team, she enjoys socialising with friends and the great outdoors.

 

 

Sean O’Mahoney

Having exclusively supported SEND schools across the North West for the past 4 years, Sean is excited to share his industry knowledge with our established team, and bringing a speciality department into the Excell space.

Originally from Birmingham, he will support our SEND/BESD schools and staff across North and Mid Wales & the North West. If your passionate about working with children with Additional Learning Needs then Sean will be eager to hear from you!
