Innovation for NQTs and ECTs is a critical driver of growth and success for teachers today – and tomorrow. This session will help NQTs and ECTs develop an effective approach to innovation.

Peter Agnew will help participants develop their ability to generate new ideas, think outside the box, and challenge assumptions, and can also help build a culture of innovation, by encouraging experimentation.

For NQTs and ECTs this will help them develop and refine ideas, test prototypes, and identify potential roadblocks to implementation.
