Location: Newtown, Powys
Salary: £10.18ph – £13.00ph
Hours: 8:30 – 3:30 Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time TA for a Special School that supports pupils aged 7 to 19 years old with complex emotional, social and behavioural special educational needs alongside specific learning difficulties and other additional learning needs. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a “highly skilled, motivated and committed staff team who create excellent working relationships with pupils and their families to ensure consistent approaches to learning”.
Excellent attendance and reliability are crucial, as is a positive attitude and team working skills.

What we need:
- An Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS
- Registration with the EWC
- Referencing to cover a minimum of 2 years.
If you don’t have previous experience in a TA role, we can look at other suitable roles you have had that you can transfer relevant skills from. We have Educational Advisors and ex-school staff ready to guide you down this career path.
