Cover Supervisor
£14.50-18 per hour
Excell Supply are looking for a Cover Supervisor to work in a local Secondary School to provide day-to-day cover for lessons and ensure all work is delivered effectively in the absence of the regular teacher. You will be the reliable presence in the classroom, maintaining discipline, and offering support to students as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
– Ensuring that the work left for the pupils by the absent teacher is completed.
– Confidently engaging with the class
– Managing classroom behaviour
– Working in line to the school’s safeguarding and behaviour policy
Requirements
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to manage behaviour in line with school’s policies
– Experience working with children and young people in the last 2 years
