Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Division

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with the potential to earn up to £75,000 per annum OTE

Experience Required:

  • Previous recruitment experience in any industry (highly desirable)
  • Experience in account management (highly desirable)
  • Proven sales experience
  • Experience in customer service (minimum of 2 years)
  • Target-driven mindset
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work well in a team

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant for our permanent division. In this role, you will support existing clients and focus on converting new and lapsed business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business development
  • Identifying and pursuing new and lapsed sales opportunities
  • Searching, selecting, and interviewing candidates
  • Managing school accounts through effective communication, business development, and relationship-building
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients and existing clients for service reviews
  • Processing payroll
  • Attending job fairs and university events
  • Supporting and sponsoring school cluster meetings
  • Attending school awards ceremonies
