Job Title: Recruitment Consultant – Permanent Division
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with the potential to earn up to £75,000 per annum OTE
Experience Required:
- Previous recruitment experience in any industry (highly desirable)
- Experience in account management (highly desirable)
- Proven sales experience
- Experience in customer service (minimum of 2 years)
- Target-driven mindset
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work well in a team

The Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant for our permanent division. In this role, you will support existing clients and focus on converting new and lapsed business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Business development
- Identifying and pursuing new and lapsed sales opportunities
- Searching, selecting, and interviewing candidates
- Managing school accounts through effective communication, business development, and relationship-building
- Conducting face-to-face meetings with potential clients and existing clients for service reviews
- Processing payroll
- Attending job fairs and university events
- Supporting and sponsoring school cluster meetings
- Attending school awards ceremonies
