SEN Teaching Assistant

Pay: £13.68-£16.00 per hour

Job Description:

Excell Supply is looking for passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in Specialist (SEN) schools across your local area!

We are seeking individuals who have experience in education, care, or similar support-based industries and who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children and young people with additional learning needs.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, or community settings).
• Qualifications are desired but not necessary.
• A patient, caring, and resilient attitude.
• The ability to support children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and social/emotional difficulties.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across different schools in the Shrewsbury area.
