Pay: £85.00-£95.00 per day

Job Description:

Excell Supply are seeking a Year 3 TA (Learning Support Assistant) to join a welcoming primary school in Liverpool L7 starting next half term. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children’s learning and development in a rewarding role that may lead to a permanent position.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils in a Year 3 class, including targeted work with individuals and small groups.
• Assisting the class teacher with planning, preparation, and lesson delivery.
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Providing additional support to children with specific learning needs.
• Encouraging progress and building pupils’ confidence in their learning.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (school-based experience desirable).
• A passion for education and supporting children’s progress.
• Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy.
• Flexibility and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential).
