We are thrilled to announce our winners of the Secondary Temp of the Term prizes for January-March. We recently announced that we were expanding our awards to allow each account manager (now numbering 7 across Excell Supply) the chance to select a winner. Account Managers Kate and Lee both picked out a candidate who they felt had stood out over the last couple of months whilst on supply.
Kate selected Brian for his positive attitude and popularity with a variety of schools across Wrexham and Flintshire, despite only registering for work with us as recently as December. We have now secured Brian a long term role in Penley for the remainder of the academic year, proving that hard work and enthusiasm really pays off!
Lee’s choice was a teacher who recently celebrated a year with Excell Supply. Elandre has been such a popular supply teacher since joining Excell back in March 2017 and is always highly in demand!
Lee explained:
“Elandre has undertaken numerous long term supply assignment’s over the last 12 months and always receives excellent feedback for his positive attitude, flexibility and just being an all-round good teacher!
His reliability and professionalism has been second to none, and it was a pleasure to surprise him in Prestatyn High School last Thursday to present him with a certificate and prize. Congratulations Elandre! thank you for all of your hard work and effort, and for flying the Excell flag!”
Congratulations to both of our winners. We have several others to announce including our wonderful staff in the primary team, as well as a winner from our Wirral branch. All North Wales winners will feature in the Daily Post on Tuesday 24th April, so be sure to pick up a copy next week!
