Meet Jenny-Lee Weston, Excell Supply Cheshire latest recruitment dynamo, ready to take on education staffing!

Jenny-Lee is our newest team member at Excell Supply! With two years of hands-on experience as a practitioner in a Chester-based nursery, Jenny’s deep understanding of early years education allows her to source the finest candidates for schools and nurseries. She also brings invaluable insight gained from working with children and young adults with additional needs during a memorable summer camp experience in America.

Jenny-Lee New Team Member Jenny-Lee is thrilled to learn from her Excell Supply Cheshire colleagues and embark on this exciting role, aspiring to excel and advance within the company. Beyond work, she enjoys embracing the great outdoors, going on refreshing walks with her loyal border collie, practicing invigorating yoga sessions, and hitting the gym. Jenny cherishes quality time spent with loved ones, nurturing her passion for delivering top-notch education to children.

Jenny-Lee will begin an induction process that will put her through her paces, ensuring that her skills are ready to find our clients the very best staff across the Cheshire region. Over the next few weeks, Jenny-Lee will learn about the processes and work involved in 360 recruitment! Learning everything from interview techniques to how to process payroll.

Her unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service and her fervour for educational excellence make Jenny an invaluable asset to our team. We are delighted to welcome her aboard as we continue to empower educational institutions across North Wales, Shropshire, Cheshire, and the Wirral.
