Excell are paving the way for the next generation in recruitment.

Excell Supply is the leading education recruitment agency in North Wales, and has seen unparalleled growth in the last couple of years.  Working hard to provide quality staff whilst prioritising customer service to schools and its candidates that is second to none, has proved a recipe for success.

Excell have a strong understanding of the importance of having the right people in place to make sure the business is a success, and in a day and age of global and national workers, recruiting local talent is something that they believed would maintain their deep connections and network with local schools and communities.

With this in mind, Excell are recruiting for trainee recruitment consultants to join their branches in Cheshire, North Wales, Wirral and Telford. Our newest sign-up is Cameron, and he will join the Cheshire Team at Bell Meadow Business Park as a trainee recruitment consultant.  Working alongside our successful Cheshire team, Cameron will develop his skills in networking and building relationships,  as a Candidate resourcer before learning what it takes to become a 360 recruiter.  This will give him the skills to start managing everything from sourcing and interviewing quality candidates to managing relationships with schools!

“Hey everyone! My name is Cameron and I’m excited to be a part of the team at Excell. I have a strong background in customer service, with 2.5 years in retail and over 5 years of volunteering experience in scouting and at my local museum. I’m a great team player and love to listen to others and work towards common goals. I’m also ambitious and always striving to reach new heights and achieve challenging goals. In my spare time, I enjoy watching my local football team, Wrexham AFC, and hitting the gym. I’ve also completed the Duke of Edinburgh bronze and silver awards, where I learned new physical skills such as athletics and futsal. As part of these awards, I also volunteered for 6 months at the local museum and with scouting, which I’ve been involved with since the age of 5. I am really excited to jump into my role and can’t wait to see what the future holds at Excell!”

We hope you can help us welcome Cameron, and if you are looking for work in an education setting anywhere across the North West then please feel free to visit our website www.excell-supply.com
