The Vetting Process
At Excell Supply, we leave no stone unturned when it comes to vetting our candidates. Each individual undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including face-to-face interviews, enhanced DBS checks with the Update Service, a thorough examination of their full employment history, qualifications, EWC registration, eligibility to work in the UK, photographic ID verification, detailed reference checks, a children’s barred list check, and even a medical check.
Before any candidate is cleared to work in schools, our dedicated compliance team carefully manages every step of the recruitment process. And to ensure that all the ‘i’s are dotted and ‘t’s are crossed, our Compliance Manager, Rachel Elek, reviews each case personally.
