We are delighted to announce the winners of our Temp of the Spring Term Award. We take great pride in rewarding our hard working, role model candidates and we have chosen four winners from our Mold Branch. Each winner received £50 of high street vouchers and a visit from their account manager to congratulate them. Thank you all for your dedication and keep up the hard work!
Who chose who and why?
Adam’s Winner: Suzanne Thomas “Last term was my first opportunity to work directly with our teachers and it was fantastic to see first-hand just how many dedicated and hard-working teaching staff we have. Suzanne stood out for me with her positive attitude and flexibility, taking on a variety of roles and always with great feedback. She has also secured an ongoing part-time position with us and has gone above and beyond with this school, becoming an invaluable asset for them into the Summer term. I am thrilled that Suzanne works exclusively for Excell and would like to thank her for making my move into our teaching supply that much easier.”
Lynday’s Winner: Danielle Jackson “Danielle really is the ultimate supply teacher. She came to Excell for day to day supply work and was quickly snapped up by one of our school’s to cover long term sickness full time. She is committed, reliable and throughly deserves the recognition.”
Cheryl’s Winner: James McQueen Cheryl popped into Ysgol Plas Cefndy in Rhyl to surprise James McQueen. He is currently working through Excell in an ongoing PE teacher post at the school. Cheryl said “I chose James as Temp of the Term because of the hard work and commitment he puts into working at Ysgol Plas Cefendy and also the flexibility and reliability he puts into other PE Teacher supply days which he fits in around his Ysgol Plas Cefndy post. James always receives positive feedback and is a pleasure to work with.”
Stacey’s Winner: Jurate Daniseviciene “Being new to the job after starting with Excell only a month ago, Jurate has been a delight to work with from day one. Always enthusiastic about every placement, even when it’s very last minute she receives consistently lovely feedback from our schools”.
